Witness Statement: At appox 9.30 I saw a large bright orange light coming from the South. It seemed low in the sky and moved at a steady pace. It seemed to be getting higher in the sky as the light got smaller. There as no apparent sound an no strobe lights, eventually the orange light stopped and faded to a faint black line before dissapearing from view. It appeared very high in the sky by this time. I witnessed a similar phenomina about 2 weeks ago. I managed to take pictures, but they don't reveal much.

I also saw that same phenomina last night (16/06/2009) I live in the south Gloucester area. It was at about 23.10 It seemed to appear as a bright orange light with no sound. It travelled at quite a steady pace across the sky. It dimmed and then disappeared. It seems to echo the above statement.
