Romford, Essex-30th May 2009
Location of Sighting: Romford, Essex
Date of Sighting: 30th May 2009
Time: 10:50pm
Witness Name: James Hassell
Witness Statement: I saw the anomaly, much like a flaming orange ball travelling North to South initally, at an estimated 5-10,000 ft. It was travelling about 2 or 3 times faster than a plane with no noise, i thought it was an asteroid initially. However, it seemed to slow down and then travel in a West direction rapidly increasing in speed and altitude, travelling roughly 5 times the speed of a plane. The whole experience lasted about 1m 30 secs. Both my partner and I witnessed it and have never seen anything like it before.

I saw something very similar last night, except there was 2 of them.
It looked like a ball of fire surrounded by what looked like an oval, with a tail of light behind it.
One was travelling accross the sky, with a second following closely.

25/12/2009
at approx 20:00 on this date me and my girlfriend were walking near home when we spotted 3 orange lights flying thorugh the air over Rayleigh. 2 together and 1 further behind. They were silent, and travelling very fast (although little wind).
They appeared to stop moving for approx 1 min before contiuing on out of sight. I did manage to grab some binoculars from home and caught a glimpse of one before it disapeared from view and it looked oval, fairly large considering how far away it was, dark coloured with a golf ball texture and the light of central/lower on object. Im thinking laterns of something for new year but they must be pretty big as it looked huge at one point (like bigger than a house). Never seen anything loike it before but as I googled it to see if anyone had an answer, I see others in this area have also seen similar objects before. Strange (but exciting I guess)!!!

monday 28 dec @ around 10pm
i live in collier row near bedfords park
i had just watched doctor who on sky and was walking down the garden to my studio, i as always looked up to the sky and and saw a orange ball with flames coming out of the back
having parachuted in the past i know it was about 5000ft
it was silent and moving about the speed of a light plane towards hainault, i called my wife out who saw the end of it before it went into the clouds, i assumed a hot air ballon because of the flames but it traveled in a straight line and it was a windy night,
i decided to look it up today on google and saw the top report.
its a ufo until its identified, not expecting a visit from the doctor just yet

Hey thought I was going mad but I saw exactly the same thing in wickford today at half ten…orange light but with clearly visible flames…moving at what appeared to be east to west at same speed of a plane but slowing right down at occasions…stopping stationary for a minute or two then moved southernly direction n dissapeard almost instantly…no sounds at all n no side lights of any kind…very strange! Strange they all seem to be in the area!

A friend of mine has left a link to this blog on my Facebook. Me and my sister were off to the movies around the 15th-20th of may, not sure on the actual date, its was the weekend after the new Russell Crowe movie Robin Hood came out. We were opn our way to the Dagenham Vue cinemar, as we were traveling along the road, must have been around 11pm, (was a late showing), i too noticed this massive what looked like pulsing ball of flame, so we pulled over to stair. It moved very strangly at first it seemed to be moving towards us, but then just changed direction and vanished, but before it did i managed to grab a few seconds on my mobile video cam, picture is crap and all it really is, is a orange dot in the black sky, but me and my sister knew what we saw and it was nothing like any plane or type of aircraft i have ever seen before!.

I saw 2 orange balls of what looked like flames, whilst on the way home from Castlefield in Manchester tonight. I was driving through Middleton, Manchester on my way home when I saw an orange anomoly in the sky,it was 10.50pm, I couldn’t believe my eyes at first, I stopped the car and got out. I always have a camera with me, so clicked away in the sky in the direction of the orange flames, but on inspecting the pictures found there was nothing on them that looked like what I had seen. The light went out of sight only for another one to appear just like the first, I thought they could be lanterns or fireworks, but they both moved toward me in the sky and then moved away before disappearing within minutes. I drove around the block just to make sure there were no hoaxers or parties going on anywhere that might have been letting off anything that could be similar, I found nothing, I am still completely amazed by what I saw, and will be reorting it to Manchester Observatory tomorrow

Barking and Dagenham location. About 21.00 on 25/06/2010. Me and my girlfriend saw the same things like others. One flaming ball (looks like a three edges star shape with a flame in a middle).
So one ball was going first in the clouds hight. Two other in interval of 2 minutes follow to the first one. They kept airplane speed and slowly disappeared in a clouds.
I never saw such things before. Firstly I thought it is a asteroid or something like this. But these balls had direction not usual for asteroids. shape. Then I thought it is can be reflection on airplane from sunset. But airplane can not repulse. So it is UFO for me. I could not find origin of this.

17.07.2010: I was returning back to my folks in Bushill Park with my mum around 10.30pm and spotted a bright light moving elegantly above me. I shouted out to my mum and hoping neighbours would also witness what I was seeing. It a very bright glowing ball of orange fire similar to a lampost orange (it certainly wasn’t a flying lampost for sure!). It was right above me and quite low. It was a star fish shape with black square patches underneath. My mum and I ran indoors and called to the others. Luckily family were upstairs so we quickly turned off the lights to get a better view. My brothers bedroom has an excellent view a good few miles as the house is located on a hill. The orange glowing ball of fire was stationery about a mile away but you could quite clearly see it flickering. Then out of nowhere in the opposite direction a White orb appears, stops and then speeds off in the opposite direction of the orange flaming ball. The stationery disappears and then 15 mins later another one appears in the same manner, again quite low, as before and disappears leaving us all going crazy and baffled at the same time. My only theory is that the flames
are caused my it’s contact with oxygen if that makes any sense. However, anything that burns turns to carbon and there was no smoke, no noise whatsoever. We need to get hold of those laser light pens and bring them down so we can investigate what they are!

i saw a ball of fire, very strange weird, i am still confused..in the romford area.. we have a gud view, from the tenth floor, and this ball of fire, caught my eye, at first it looked like a meteoride or sumthin, i got quite scared, then i saw that it was almost like a ball of fire, orange in colour, and whisking past, almost the speed of an airplane…
