Witness Statement: I live in a flat in salford whch overlooks the manchester skyline.I was sat watching tv with my girlfriend and noticed a bright light in the sky.When i got up to look there was two lights they moved about back and forth.
Then a third appeard the were moving back and forth getting really bright. the formed a triangle shape in the sky.We realised that they were not planes, as we saw the planes coming in and going from manchester airport.The difference between those and the planes were that the planes had flashing lights as they usually do,However the “objects” had a solid amber light. when the planes passed the objects, two of them followed the planes with speed, then came back. and that happen three or four times in the hour we stood watching.
I Just want to know if anyone else has seen this last night or anny clues to what they were?

Hi there, that sounds similar to something I saw myself last night (14th June 09) at around 10:20
I live in the city centre facing the hilton hotel. It was very cloudy but glancing out of the window I could definitely see, as you said, three amber lights. They were aligned at first but then rose higher and seperated. I see many planes from my flat and those were defintely not planes.
They eventually disappeared one by one into the clouds until only one was left, which stayed on it’s own and then disappeared into the clouds as well.
Your description sounds very similar. I’m always on the look out now whenever I am sat at my desk looking out the window.
