Witness Statement: I was coming back from taking the dog for a walk when I saw three globes in the sky with an orange glow. I hurried home to call my husband to have a look. A further two appeared a distance behind the original three but all seemed to be proceeding in the same direction towards Tinsley / Rotherham. I had my camera and took three photos but the funny thing was as I tried to focus the globes through the view finder they seemed to dance around in the sky - although Dave said to him they were just moving away. When I looked at the photos on the computer they look like orange lines on a graph with the high and low points defined with and orange ball. About midnight we took the dog just down the road and were amazed to see another orange globe going in the same direction but this time there was a plane coming in the opposite direction so I am positive that the globe was not a plane.

Oh My God!!!! at midnight on sat 18th july/sun19 july I SAW THE EXACT SAME THING!!! I am in sunnyside ROTHERHAM approx 15-17 miles from chappletown. there was around 20 or so orange globes coming up in sets of 4 getting to a certain point then moving in different directions. I could not see where the were originating as they were appearing from behind the house opposite where there are only fields. I tried to film it on my phone but for some reason the camera would niether record or photograph though it was fully charged with plenty of memory.
I thought they may be chinese lanterns but as the wind was quite brisk i would have expected them to all follow the same path not go againts the wind as some of the globes were doing.Has any one else seen these???

Last Night At 10:00 I Saw A Small Red Ball Flying At A Angle Then I Saw Venus Realy Bright I Was So Shocked Then I Saw A Orb Looking Thing Gouing Down And Across Like A Half Square
