Witness Statement: on saturday me and my friend nicole were takeing her dog out for a walk in a park in ivybridge when we noticed comeing from near the moors 6 or 7 bright orange lights one by one slowly flyin into the sky an then vanishing, i tried to think of what it might of been, maybe flares, but everything i thought of i couldnt match to the orange lights.
i do have a photo of 2 of the lights but i do not know how to upload a picture
