Witness Statement: me and my daughter were sitting chatting when i seen something that i thought was a helicopter on fire we both looked and what we seen next was totally freeky it was a red orangy colour with bright around the outside moving towards us low as if a helicopter looking for someone and then it stopped there was no noise and it went from red to orange to a pink neon light with a blinding bright light around it and just hovered and then seemed to disappear right in front of our eyes without moving

Bright light white/yellow like a large star, except theres no stars in the sky. keeps getting brighter then dim n disapearing then coming bk again. moving around left to right and back again and spinning. this is the second night this has happend. It makes no sound

On Monday night, 3rd August (2009), while turning on the roundabout near my home in Cheshunt, I looked up at the full moon and the next thing I saw was an large orange ball going across the sky. I pulled the car over to get out as my first thought was that it was an aeroplane on fire.
Whatever it was this thing was huge! And it was going from the South to North direction.
I feel unsettled because I think it was an UFO. There were aerplanes in the sky at the time and this thing would be hard to miss.
