Witness Statement: Out of my window I saw a luminous oval ring shape, it was about about 1/3 a mile way from my house, it was 35/40ft off the ground hovering in the air with two bright lights/beams in the centre of it. The object darted about then I heard children cheering and calling out to it. The object then dropped by about 5ft then disappeared only to reappear a mile away in the opposite direction (south of it's original position). Never seen anything like it. I don't know what it was.
