Witness Statement: My brother flies model aircraft with a small video camera attached. Last September he was flying in the Woodbridge area of Suffolk and the video shows a large black bowler hat shaped object sitting stationary just above the clouds. My brother flew towards the object but it was in the distance and was very large. The video shows that the object cast a shadow on the clouds below. I'll post some pics of the object shortly.
