Wootton, Northampton-12th July 2009
Location of Sighting: Wootton, Northampton
Date of Sighting: 12th July 2009
Time: 10.14pm
Witness Name: Kirsty Maddison & Phil Dow
Witness Statement: I popped out to the back garden for a ciggarette and there was a large object in the sky travelling very fast. It looked like a ball of fire and was travelling approx 3 x the speed of an aeroplane. I called my girlfriend who came out and also saw it. She thought it was an aeroplane on fire ! I asked her to run and get the camera but she took ages, I watched it move along the sky until it was completely out of sight. Considering how bright it was and how clearly i could see it, it must have been really moving ! There was not a cloud in the sky, I have seen many planes and helicopters and this was deffinately something I have not seen before !! Did anyone else see this or has anyone got an explanation ??

I live in Northampton and last night I was driving back from the town centre around 8 o’clock PM and noticed in the sky an orange light, not flashing but constant in light travelling slowly around 10 MPH. It was cloudy last night so the orange colour was very noticeable in the night sky. I was waiting to see a flashing light to indicate whether it was a helicopter or a plane, but there was nothing. As the object went over I noticed that it was large in shape and circular, not a Chinese lantern which has been a common cause of sightings but this was too big to be that as roughly the size must have been 20/25 meters in diameter. After seeing this go past I looked to the direction for where it had come and notice another object flying on the same path, which was exactly the same.
I pulled over and got out the car, these objects where silent and made no noise what so ever.
This was very strange, and not something I’ve never seen before. Just so you know I am into aviation and been to many air shows and also a member of the Vulcan to the sky club so I am used to seeing craft in the sky as I can distinguish planes from lanterns etc but I have never seen anything like this before.
When I got back last night I searched on the internet for orange lights and noticed there have been a lot of sighting just like mine around the midland area.

Last night 31.10.09 @ 8.30pm I was with my family driving through Woottonfields, Northampton when we noticed 5 bright orange glowing objects in the sky. They were hovering over the Grange Park area and then they travelled across the sky very fast towards us and then seemed to stop and hover over the Great Houghton area. We stopped the car and took some photos on my phone but they haven’t come out very well but you can see them even though they are a bit blurred. The bright orange objects were as bright as a glowing fire. We watched them for at least 3 to 4 minutes and then they just stopped glowing and vanished. They moved around each other as well and disappeared one by one.
I have search the internet to see if anyone else saw them but nothing has been noted anywhere.
I was so glad to read the other comments above and it seems like these maybe the same objects.

My girlfriend and I have just witnessed the same thing – we live in Blackthorn and travelling over Lings wood was looked like an orange ball of fire which was glowing and moving too eratically to have been a plane. We thought it could be an engine on fire and the eratic movement was the result but having found this site I’m no longer convinced it was that. It was a large orange ball as well, not a tiny light you would get on a plane and was at least 250 meters away travelling towards Weston Favell.

we were returning to Wootton Fields @ 8.15pm on Saturday 27t h Feb 2010 when we saw exactly the same, a ball of fire in the sky was travelling very fast in the sky, no noice at all was heard. This was followed by another one about 3 minutes later. We all found it very scary and am shocked to have read that so many other sightings have been in the same area. can anyone please give a explanation for them .

I think they are trying to wake the world up. The Balls of Fire seem to be connected with Disc Craft.
Quite a lot of people are now seeing quite fantastic displays in the sky. And if they have been wondering about the direction the world is going in, and wondering if there really is a nasty New World Order wanting to enslave all of us, and wondering if a nasty aerial spraying operation known as Chemtrails really is happening … having seen something very unusual in the sky must have a further awakening effect on those people.
People talk about a ‘critical mass’. i.e. when a certain number of people start to get the idea of something, the understanding spreads very quickly to the rest of the people.
I have had quite a few close encounters with unusual craft, and I believe them to belong to people who are trying to help us. I call them ‘Good ET’.
At the beginning of 2008, I put a lot of effort into seeing if I could enliven people in some of the many groups at Tribe Dot Net. Those people are really ‘out there’. Hard to get them to identify which Planet they think they are living on. I started several groups, but maybe Tribe Dot Net largely died a few years ago. Just before giving up my research at Tribe Net, I thought I would start a group called ‘Great Balls of Fire’. Then I had a very strong feeling that Great Balls of Fire would be seen over the UK, so I backed off. Around a year later, Great Balls of Fire started to be seen over the UK.
We are not alone.
We have help.
But we need to help ourselves.
We must wake up.
Best wishes, Michael

On the 5th March at 8:30pm at Abington, Northampton, my boyfriend left the house to go the shop and came rushing back in and told me to come outside immediatly, he told me to look at the sky. Me and my 9year old son looked up and saw 4 large bright orange flare/fire balls flying in a diagonal formation at an equal distance apart with 2 maybe 3 behind one after the other – we all stared in amazement for at least 3-4 minutes before the ones at the front started to disappear one after the other, as did the others behind them. When my boyfriend eventually went to the shop he looked up on the way there and saw a number of emissions trails, he is no expert in aviation but he lived less than half a mile from a major airport nearly all his life so he knows the difference between helicopters, commercial and private aeroplanes and all types of military aircrafts – this is something he or myself have ever seen before
Did anyone else see this?????????????????
Best wishes

At 8.45pm on 12th March me and my boyfriend saw four glowing orange lights over Deeside in North Wales. They were all in a line, equal distance apart, travelling away from us. It was difficult to tell but they seemed to be about three miles away. The three lights disappeared first and the fourth, which seemed to be nearer to us than the other three, disappeared about 30 seconds later. They were more like glowing flames than any sort or craft or object.

Me and my BF have seen the same lights in the sky i think there were 2 on the 14th March 2010. I mentioned this to my BF’s sister in passing convo and it turns out that 3 weeks before this happened she and her family had seen the same thing over wootton fields with 5 lights about 3 weeks before our sighting.
