Me and my wife saw the same thing on Friday 23rd October at 18:30. An Orange ball looked to be falling to the Earth and many people in the street of Thurcroft where gazing at it. As we were driving i only got a glimpse of it falling, but as i got to a better viewpoint i could see it moving away and into the clouds. The strangest thing was that there was no glow coming from the clouds as it passed into them

ive been working in maltby tonight and me and my co worker saw a bright orange light hovering there was no sound and no flashing lights and it was moving around quite quickly then it semt to go higher up in the sky and then dissapeared i was definately spooked.

I saw one in Maltby ( S.Yorks) last night – 8th October, I was just driving past the Queens at the lights and saw one, quite low and big too this was around 10pm.
Not sure what it was, but other people was looking up at it.

hi 9.30pm ish Haywards heath 18th september i also saw two flame like orange lights travelling south west. quite a fast constant speed. Could see no flashing lights and they seemed higher and a lot faster than the lanterns, which is what i first thought they were.
