Witness Statement: I was leaving my mate to her taxi when I noticed the taxi driver staring up into the sky. He exclaimed to me "what is that?" I looked up into the sky over my house and saw about 13 red lights moving slowly and unevenly silently high up in the sky. I was transfixed and amazed. We watched the lights move up high into clouds and disappear. I can't explain it.
