Witness Statement: My family and I saw many bright orange lights. They all travelled at a very high speed, and no matter where they came from, all ended up in the same place, and it was a still night, no wind at all. We saw at least 60 of them. We don't think they were Chinese lanterns, they were travelling far too fast and travelled at differing altitudes before all disappearing at the same point.

I believe that what you saw were infact Chinese lanterns, I saw the same objects while watching the new year fireworks from Hope Mountain. There were a lot of them, from my perspective they appeared to move East to West across Brymbo.
