Time: 0215 hours.

Witness Statement: About 0215 hours on the above date I was working in the Ardrossan area. I was not drinking as my job involves driving. I was parked and an orange light, X shaped, rise into the sky. It appeared to have started to climb from somewhere in or beyond Arran. It traveled eastward then southward gathering speed. It was then followed by 2 similar orange glowing objects following about 20 seconds behind. The first object appeared to speed upwards into the sky and disappear. It was followed by the other 2 in an almost identical path. They seemed to fly too fast and high to be Chinese lanterns.
