Witness Statement: whilst standing outside in the back yard we both looked up to try and make some sense of what appered to be 2 fire balls travelling through the night sky in complete silence, it was spooky, i ran in to check the local news but couldnt find any details mentioning the sighting, in the meantime my partner had witnessed a third ball of flames go past. they appeared very equal in distance between each other and to be travelling an identical silent course. these were NOT lanterns…meteors?

That is eeriely identical to my closest and most significant encounter, witnessed by my 16 yr old son and myself on the 7th of nov last year, which I subsequently posted on here. If you click on Leicestershire and look for Ratby 7th Nov, you’ll see your not alone in what you’ve seen, but mine is just one of many.
