Witness Statement: We were in the car driving through the town centre and I spotted what looked like a ball of orange fire in the sky, travelling at great speed in one direction. I then said wow look at that – what is it and both me and my daughter tracked where the UFO was heading, I tried to work out if it was an aeroplane with it’s lights at a strange angle, but I can only describe it as what looked like a ball of fire perhaps a meteor. It then changed direction very suddenly and then changed direction a second time. We were able to track it for about 5 minutes and then it went behind the clouds

My husband saw exactly the same, in Reading Berkshire about 7 o clock on Saturday February 6th. He was walking the dogs, and he rang me just afterwards, as he was astounded at what he saw,his words were “I don’t believe what I have seen, but I can only describe it as a UFO” but it was exactly as described above, he said it was an orange ball very bright, coming at speed towards him, there were no other lights apart from the orange, it then changed direction and went upwards and slightly to the left. No sound whatsoever. I must also my husband has never believed in UFO’s in the past.
