Witness Statement: I saw an orange ball with fire trailing behind it, I think I could hear it sizzling. At first I thought it might be a firework (gone wrong!) but it flew through the sky for a long way and seemed to be propelled. It started at the height of a helicopter (roughly), I followed it until I could no longer see it, it did seem to climb and maybe burn out. I'm sure it wasn't a firework or Chinese lantern after seeing footage on here. What was it? Very strange!

i too saw somethin in the sky on the 14th feb 2010 in the evening!
At first I thought it was a star but was too bright and changed yellow to red!!
looked like it was falling out of the sky but then changed direction and went upwards and the then off to the side untill I couldnt see it any longer!!!

It was most likely a signal flare. That would explain the colour change as it burned out and the slow drift.

My mum has just left my house and she said on her way to mine from carlton she saw a ufo. It was shaped like a red\orange flower with fire coming from the bottom, this was moving slowly at the height of a hot air balloon.
Today is the 23rd feb, pls comment if you have any explanations.

I Saw x3 the same balls of UFO lights, When i was going out at about 8pm last night! (13th March Arnold -Nr Warren Hill ) All slowly heading (south) in the same direction all in the space of bout 7 mins,Luckily i got to film the first 2 of the UFO’s. iam editing it to put online.
