Witness Statement: I have twice seen a shape like a dish type flying saucer on its side, with what seems to be the sun reflecting on it, it has had a red glow on what would be the top of it. It looks rather like a mishapen star, it appears to move, not symetric. This is seen when looking at the sun setting.
