Witness Statement: We wards were driving towards Blackburn from Bamberbridge when a fluOrescent blue sausage shaped ufo appearredout of nowhere and moved very quickly from east to west then descending just as quick then disappeared ?????

How quickly is ‘very quickly’? I ask because the description fits that of a blimp.
