Clapham South-14th August 2012
Location of Sighting: Clapham South
Date of Sighting: 14/08/2012
Time: 10:20pm
Witness Name: Lucas Brondani
Witness Statement: I was after dinner with 3 friends at the balcony enjoying the nice weather. I looked around because I`m always trying to find something even if is hard because of the lights and the weather around. I saw an object in the beginning it was RED, really red going up, after a while it starts flashing with white color, for two minutes it stops and stayed still in the sky, disappeared for another while, appeared again in a very Bright while color and starts coming down, very slow. It disappeared again for another minute when i looked at it starts moving again to the right flashing a while light, did the same for 15 minutes, than, did zig zag movements.moved to different areas and stayed in the sky for 45 minutes. The sky became cloudy but the UFO was seeking for a gap where i believe still could observe us. I have another 3 experiences with UFO, but these was the longest and intrigest one. In the same night I`v seeing another 2 objects in the sky that i couldn`t identify as any technology we know.

I look forward to people corroborating your 45 minute sighting in a very densely populated area near Central London….

Sounds like you want to aee something extraordinary. “I’m always trying to find something”. Hmm. Can’t take you seriously, I’m afraid.

Peter, it is possible for a whole group of people to be in a location and a UFO fly over and only on or two people notice. That is a fact!! During one of my UFO sightings which me and my daughter saw, there were about 30 other people there and no one else noticed it! my daughter who was 4 at the time pointed it out to me and I saw it but no one else batted an eyelid!! some people are more drawn to these things than others. And Gary, if someone has an interest in UFO’s obviously they will be the kind of person who watches the sky hoping to one day experience one, or if they have previously seen one they will be drawn to look. Why does this mean that they should not be taken seriously? I don’t even know when you bother to comment sometimes? if you have nothing constructive to say, or can’t offer and explanation for what has been seen, don’t bother saying anything at all. Keep your negativity to yourself!!

Jazz,
May I correct one misrepresentation of the facts, please?
If you deigned tolook through my previous comments, you will indeed notice that I have given an earthly explanation for numerous sightings on here.
On some threads, there have been several other people who have said the same thing as me, but these opinions are disregarded in favour of what I would regard as misplaced hysteria.
It doesn’t help when this particular contributor states his belief that the UFO was trying to observe them and that he’d seen other objects that are of an unknown technology? How is this conclusion reached, except as the product of a fevered imagination?
No, I don’t lay on my back looking into the heavens on a nightly basis but that is my choice, coupled with the fact that there is far too much light pollution around where I live anyway.
I do however do a fair bit of driving through rural areas and have yet to see anything I would remotely regard as inexplicable. Who knows, perhaps I have been unlucky?
What I do know for a fact is if I did see something which I couldn’t explain immediately, I would look for every possible, rational, scientific, astronomical or meteorological explanation before I hit the unexplained button.
That is my choice. Please feel free to disregard my comments as being too “negative” if you wish. That is your choice.
I prefer to see my comments as rational.

Hey guys! on Friday 17th August a friend and I were sitting on the beach in seaford. it was about half ten at night. I looked up at the sky and there was this really really bright light. It was as high as the stars but about 3 times bigger and 5 times brighter than a star. it was moving across the sky really fast. It then stopped, then got even brighter. Then started moving again. Then turned red and disappeared. it couldn’t have been a satellite because I’ve seen them before and is nothing like this. about 10 minutes later, even further away in the stars there were now three bright lights moving around then stopping then shining brighter then moving again. half an hour after that a military airplane flew over really low inland. But strange?? any ideas? Ive never really thought or believed in ufos but this was really really odd!
