Witness Statement: i was in my garden having a cigarette looking up at the bright half moon in the crisp night admiring the way the moons light was illuminating a small patch of cloud all seemed pretty normal until i spotted this light moving slowly through the cloud at fisrt i thought nothing of it as theres alot of planes that pass over every minute.until at my shock and amazement this object immerged looking like something of science fiction.it had a dazzling outer blue sphere with a piercing red dot centre the outer sphere seemed to be pulsing or almost fluid looking getting brighter and more intense in colour it appeared to be large or only a few miles from my location.it then began to decend at a 45 degree angle from right to left levelling out and moving at a smooth constant speed horizontal across the sky.then it arched up going back round seeming to take the exact same path until it levelled out again and moved from right to left alot faster then just stopped dead in the sky.at this point i thought i was going mad so shouted my partner and children to come look.we all watched as it lay still it then seemed to change shape a little like one side had faded and the red centre disapeared then it slowly sank in the sky returned to its shape and colour then shot upward then slowly sank back to the levell and started to resume the same previous path it then went back in the cloud and then started to decend at a 45 degree angle from right to left across my whole field of vision and disapearing on the horizon.confused and stunned and all left wondering what the hell we had witnessed i managed to capture a photo on my phone but as it was dark the quality wasnt great.
