Hi Glo, Great sighting, thanks for sharing your experience, you are very lucky to get such a close encounter and detailed view of them. Did you notice any peculiarities following the incident, like missing time/memory, any unusual marks on skin? Did you see them again in dreams?

I wouldn’t forget that either! Great account, any more details worth noting? What sort of fancy flying?

hi, t.wood and peter thanks for your comments, right i’ll start from the begining, i was a delivery driver doing my job. one day on a beautiful clear sunny afternoon driving along i saw two glinting lights at the top of my windscreen, i thought they were two small airoplanes but i saw they wern’t moving so i stopped in a layby on the road got out of my van and looked up to see two saucer shaped craft hovering about 500ft then they dropped down like they were comming down step by step then they started doing figure of eight and fancy flying in front of me,i know its crazy but it seemed like it was for me ,my dog barked in the van, i turned to see what she was seeing ,when i looked back they had vanished. the disc’s were only about 100ft from me so i got a good look at them, they looked like highly polished alloy, and about 30ft–40ft accross and didn’t look man made, i watched my dad weld when i was young so i know what joins look like and there was no joins on theese craft whatsoever. my bottom jaw was on the floor for hours after. shame i didn’t have a camera. glo

Interesting account: a few question-
Can you elaborate on the ‘fancy flying’?
How close were they to you (I’m wondering how close you’d have to be to a conventional aircraft, in flight, to see ‘the rivets’)?
There was no noise: was it completely silent, no noise at all?
What happened to them after they finished their display?
Thanks.

hi steveT, i hope i have answered your questions, theese were nothing like conventional aircraft believe me, i used to work next to heathrow so i’m aquainted with all sorts of planes, there was something weird when they dropped down, they seemed to be pushing against some kind of force but silent all the time.
