  1. Hi Sue,

    Thanks for the extra info.

I wish I could tell you what the flash was, but they are conected with the presence of UFO’s somehow. It’s intereasting how your husband said he thought it was a flash from a camera, which I presume means it was very bright. It’s not so important Sue but, can you remember the light? I
don’t want to put words in your mouth, can you explain that part for us again.

    Hi Steve T,

Sue said….”all of a sudden it went really bright, then dimmed” Chinese Lanterns haven’t the ability to power up there simple light source. so, for me it’s not a lantern.

    Hi Gary,

“Signalling”, “They”, I haven’t a clue, what about you?

    PS Sue,

Ken Mattingly (austronaut) saw flashes on the moon!

  2. Yes, Sue, lanterns can appear to stall in the sky, particularly as they are about to be extinguished.I’ve seen it for myself.

  3. Chris, Chinese lanterns are prone to suddenly flaring up; sometimes the outer case catches fire, and then rapidly burns up.

  4. Definitely of alien origin then, Chris? You do surprise me ;). Once again you fail to postulate an alternative theory. They are what they are and you have no idea why they’re here.

The flash could have been from any source maybe even someone taking a picture. Alien? Most unlikely. Well, that was hard wasn’t it?

  5. The light was bright but it was very low to the ground this may sound weird but it was as if something was in front of the car so when the lights flashed it shon back onto the bonnet a little but lit the floor up around the car.i didnt see anything in front of the car and im not saying there was im just trying to exsplain what the light was like but it was ever so quick we didnt have time to anilyze it.there didnt seem to b anyone about to b taking pictures it was very qquiet place pitch black npt the sprt pf place people would hang around at night

  6. sounds like a flashlight to me.

  7. “npt the sprt pf place people would hang around at night”

    But you were there.

  8. Yes in my car lol

  9. Therefore, it could even have been a passing car.

  10. Hi Sue,

Thank you for the extra info.

If you’re interested, have a look at Elsie Oakensen’s story
who also experienced bright lights while in her car!
