Connah’s Quay, Deeside-16th May 2009

Location of Sighting: Connah’s Quay, Deeside
Date of Sighting: Saturday 16 May 2009
Time: 22.00hrs approx
Witness Name: Mrs Sandy Adams

Witness Statement: Whilst watching the Eurovision Song Contest, I glanced out of the window and saw a couple of lights in the sky. At first I thought they were police helicopters but then realised that they were bigger than that and the wrong colour – they were bright orange. I got up and went to the window for a closer look and saw that there were more lights, so I went and opened the front door.

There were seven in total, moving in a North/North Easterly direction and they were compoletely silent.

They did not appear to be in any particular formation and eventually disappeared into the evening sky.
