I lived in Danehurst Road, where the garden backed on to the golf course. It was 10 p.m. I went into the kitchen to make tea, and noticed bright stationary lights just over the garden wall. I couldn’t work out what it was. It was approximately 20 feet from the ground. I went outside and stood beside the wall looking up at a spherical shape with approximately 10 circular lights beaming downwards. I watched in awe for about two minutes. There was no sound at all. It was a very clear night (possibly late summer), and the lights on the craft flickered and it then flew upwards and headed along the coast towards New Brighton at an incredible speed, in total silence. I didn’t mention this to anyone at the time but I feel sure some else must have seen this. |
