Redhill Roundabout, Nottingham-15th August 2009

Location of Sighting: Redhill Roundabout,  Nottingham
Date of Sighting: 15.08.09
Time: 23.30hrs
Witness Name: Lisa and Nigel Cann

Witness Statement: OMG I need to tell you what me and my husband and a few other people have witnessedon 15th Aug at 11.30pm on the A60 near the Red Hill roundabout…all I can say is I hope there is an explanation for the large number of silent bright yellow/orange lights that went slowly across the roundabout. Cars had started to flash us as we approached the roundabout heading from Nottingham to Mansfield and some had stopped on the roundabout and people were out of their cars..we couldnt see what they were looking at and thought there had been an accident…as we went round the roundabout and took the mansfield turning another car had stopped near lammins lane and the occupants were out of the car staring at the sky so it was at that point my husband looked behind him and saw all these lights in the sky..he just stopped in the middle of the road just before the Lakeside turning and we got out and just could not believe what we were seeing!!!!.I got my camera out and recorded a little as my memory card was almost full..but it doesnt show up very well…. Please can you let me know if you have any further reports of this strange happening and if there is any explanation for it…yours a very freaked out Lisa
